We would like to introduce ourselves – MECHANICA VALVES PVT. LTD. (A MECHANICA GROUP OF COMPANY).
The company is engaged in manufacturing aluminum alloy components, stringing tools for overhead conductor stringing, pneumatic and hydraulic components, railway components, oil and gas boring equipment, and electric vehicle chargers.
The parent company was established in 1980 by Mr. Rajiv Kapur, a mechanical engineer by qualification, whose early professional experience with one of the country’s most respected engineering companies helped shape the group’s technical foundation and market understanding.
Mechanica is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing firm with in-house casting, machining, testing, and production capabilities. The group operates three production facilities in Faridabad near New Delhi with advanced tool room infrastructure, VMCs, CNCs, conventional machines, and dedicated facilities for die development and precision component manufacturing.
We also maintain our own heat treatment plant and in-house destructive and non-destructive testing facilities including ultrasonic testing, universal testing, magnetic particle inspection, hardness testing, rubber tensile testing, and product-specific test setups. Alongside production, the company supports part and product design with simulation-led development capabilities.
Leadership
Mechanica’s leadership combines founding resilience, technical depth, operational discipline, and people-first management to strengthen every division of the company.
A mechanical engineer by training, Mr. Vibhu Kapur drives Mechanica’s business acceleration across growth, profitability, market development, and capability building. His technical insight and commercial leadership continue to strengthen the company’s front-end expansion and long-term organizational performance.
Since founding Mechanica in 1980, Mr. Rajiv Kapur has led the company with resilience, discipline, and a deep belief in quality manufacturing, helping shape a trusted industrial name built on perseverance and technical commitment.
A first-class postgraduate in Economics from Kanpur, Mrs. Meera Kapur leads the company’s Human Resources function, strengthening recruitment quality, internal culture, and the people systems that support sustained growth.
Dr. Priya Kapur holds a Master’s in Technology from Thapar University and a PhD, leading Mechanica’s R&D efforts across new product development and constant improvement of current offerings.
